Mountainara Cucina Italiana

This hidden treasure is worth planning ahead and making a reservation during your stay. They stay busy so a reservation is recommended.

It's a small, quaint location on the north end of Woodland Park and a 25 minute drive from Ponderosa Place.

The bread and olive oil are fresh and flavorful and a great way to start the meal.

The menu has a lot of choices to chose from. The chef lived in Italy for 30 years and wants the food to be authentic. Everything is made fresh.

The kids meal was reasonably priced and had several options to chose from for picky eaters. Our 3 kids enjoyed their meal choices.

The main entres were tasteful but left us wishing for a little more.

We had tiramisu for dessert and it was good but slightly dry.

Overall, the experience was good, the food was tasteful and the service was great. It's worth a trip into Woodland Park if you enjoy Italian food.
